Átadásra került az irodánk által tervezett Oxygen Wellness Központ harmadik épületkomplexuma. Az Oxygen Naphegy az I. kerületben a Czakó utca 2-4. szám alatt található.
Idézet a Központ honlapjáról:
“Már a tervezés első pillanatától meghatározó volt, hogy a fitnesz, wellness és egészség területén a legteljesebb, legkorszerűbb és méreteiben is legimpozánsabb komplexumok valósuljanak meg. A tökéletességre törekedtünk és törekszünk, ez vezérelt bennünket az Oxygen Naphegy létrehozása során is. Az impozáns, környezetbe illeszkedő épületből lenyűgöző kilátás nyílik Budapest nevezetességeire (Duna, Vár, Citadella, Erzsébet-híd, Tabán) a mesterien átgondolt, precíz tervezésnek köszönhetően. A Központ bővelkedik izgalmas építészeti megoldásokban (mesterséges tó, vízesések, üvegpadlók, tetőterasz, panoráma szaunák) és a berendezést, az anyagokat, a színvilágot, minden részletet az eddigieket is felülmúló, végtelen elegancia jellemzi.”

This is the third Oxygen Wellness Centre to have been completed according to an Aspectus design. The Naphegy Hill complex is located at No. 2-4 Czakó street in the Ist district.

“From the initial planning stages it was crucial that the most imposing and complete, modern and technically up-to-date syntheseis of Health, Wellness and Fitness be combined in the finished building. Perfection was the final aim and this guided the entire design and realisation process. Conscious design allows a wonderful panorama to open from this building, which is carefully nestled into the hillside, towards many famous Budapest sites (Danube, the Castle. Citadel, Tabán district and the Elizabeth Bridge). there is no shortage of individual architectural features in the centre: an artificial lake, waterfall, glass-floors, roof-terrace and panorama saunas. Furnishings and materials, colours, even the smallest of details are embraced by an infinite elegance.”

Az Építési Vállalkozók Országos Szakszövetsége és az Építéstudományi Egyesület által alapított ÉPÍTŐIPARI NÍVÓDÍJ-at 2009-ben 10. alkalommal adták át. A tervezőirodánk által tervezett épületek közül, ez alkalommal kettő kapott díjat a következő kategóriákban:

irodaépület – Philip Morris irodaház (Fót, East Gate Businnes Park)

kereskedelmi létesítmény – Agria Park Bevásárló és Szórakoztató Központ

The Award of Merit, founded by the National Federation of Construction Contractors and the Construction Association was awarded for the tenth occasion. Two buildings designed by Aspectus received awards in 2009 in the following categories:

• Office Building – Philip Morris building (Fot, East Gate Park Businnes)
• Commercial facilities – Agria

Corvinus Egyetem

Corvinus Egyetem és Studium Irodaház új Közraktár utcai épülete elnyerte a 2008 évi Építőipari Nívódíjat a középület kategóriában. A Díjat hirdető bronzkeretes réztábla ünnepélyes felavatására 2009. április 17.-én került sor. Avató beszédet mondott Somogyi László ny. építésügyi miniszter, a Bíráló Bizottság elnöke és Noah M. Steinberg a WING Zrt elnök-vezérigazgatója.

Corvinus University

The new Corvinus University and Studium Office building in Közraktár street won the 2008 Award of Merit of the National Federation of Construction Contractors and the Construction Association in the public building category. The award ceremony of inauguration of advertising bronzkeretes brass 2009th took place on April 17. The Inauguration speech was given by Laszlo Somogyi, retired Minister of Construction, the Evaluation Committee and Chairman of Noah M. Steinberg, President and CEO of WING Zrt.
